Echo Echo Redesign

My redesign for Echo Echo.

Design-wise, I took a few cues from his "Ultimate" form's multiple concepts. I've replaced his mouth with a speaker, placed speakers onto his hands and feet_{(allowing for short-range, sonic-powered flight)}, and redesigned his arms and legs to be more like his in-canon "Ultimate" form.

I've also tweaked/better defined his powers a bit: his cloning ability can only allow him/each copy to "split" in twos, dividing originator's strength and power between them_{(and he can make a very limited number of clones per transformation, whereas Ditto's cloning is potentially infinite)}. His sonic blasts, while lacking the shear concussive force of Blitzhowler's sonic howls, are capable of reaching higher and/or lower pitches/frequencies than his; each clone can also reverberate their sonic attacks off of each others', increasing their strength and effectiveness_{(therefore necessitating the "team attacks" he uses in the show(s) much more)}.
